When you take the memory check, we collect: your first name, your email address, your answers to the 21 questions, your score, and technical information about your visit (browser type, IP address, the ad or link that brought you here, and the time you spent on the check).

Why we collect it

We use your email and name to save your score so you can find it again and compare it over time. We use your answers to calculate your score and show you your results. We use the technical information to measure our advertising and to detect junk or automated submissions.

If we email you, it will be about your score, your baseline, or this service. If we ever add other kinds of email, we will ask first.

Health-related information

Your answers describe memory concerns, so we treat them as consumer health data. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else. We do not build advertising audiences from it. We do not send your answers or your score to Google or any ad platform.

How long we keep it

We keep your check results so you can compare scores over time. If you want your data deleted, email us (address below) from the email you used, and we will delete every record tied to it within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

Cookies and tracking

We use a session cookie to run the site. If we run advertising measurement tags (such as Google Ads conversion tracking), they count completed checks; they are configured not to receive your answers, your score, or personalized-advertising signals.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Your information is stored in an access-controlled database.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Residents of states with consumer health data laws (such as Washington, Nevada, and Connecticut) have these rights by statute; we extend them to everyone.
